Tabling At The Conference
Cost: 

  • $200 for non-profit organizations, one pass included
  • $500 for other organizations, one pass included
  • $750 for vendors, one pass included

During registration and conference breaks, participants will have the opportunity to visit the displays and learn about local businesses and organizations dedicated to enhancing conservation and sustainability.

To reserve a booth or be a sponsor, please email the following information to:

  1. The name of your organization
  2. Are you a non profit, for profit, or vendor? 
  3. The name of your contact person
  4. Who will staff the booth
  5. Contact information: email, mailing address, phone #
  6. Billing information

Sending in this information does not guarantee you a table. Booth space is limited to a first come, first serve basis. All registrations for sponsorships and exhibitors are non-refundable.
